Bush Signs Global Anti-Semitism Law

US State Department objected to bill requiring global anti-Semitism report

Little Known Washington News

The State Department renewed opposition to legislation adopted by Congress that would require it to create a special office to monitor anti-Semitism around the world and issue annual reports rating countries on their treatment of Jews.

Spokesman Richard Boucher said the bill -- which must still be signed into law by President George W. Bush -- was unnecessary as the department already compiles such information in its annual reports on human rights and religious freedom.

THE GOBAL ANTI SEMITISM LAW IS AS DANGEROUS IF NOT WORSE THAN THE PATRIOT ACT AND MUST BE REPEALED!
