Iraqis visit their relatives killed in recent clashes between U.S. forces and Shi'ite militiamen in a cemetery in Iraq's holy city of Najaf. A leaked memo from the Foreign Office blasts "heavy handed tactics" by the U.S. military in Iraq and soldiers' abuse of prisoners, the Sunday Times has reported.
